Concerned about your child's relationship with nutrition and activity?
We are here to provide stigma-free guidance and support

As parents, it's heartbreaking to see your child facing health challenges.

We're here to help. We empower each child to love their bodies, have a healthy relationship with nutrition, and have the tools necessary to attain a healthy weight and mindset.

Our providers are compassionate and understand that excess weight is not a matter of willpower - it is a condition influenced by multiple factors, such as environment, hormones, and genetic factors, and requires a holistic approach.

That's why, we focus on supporting the entire family, ensuring that everyone is part of the journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

We hear and see each patient.

We meet patients where they are.

We educate and empower families.

We encourage starting early, prior to co-morbidities being present.

About Pebble.

Our program is targeted to kids and teens (6 - 18 years).

Pebble is a 6 month program including a personalized plan of visits with a team consisting of a specialty pediatrician, a behavioral health worker, and a nutritionist. While medication may be prescribed, we foremost treat the underlying behavioral health triggers for unhealthy eating and activity patterns.
  • Physician - led progressive care

We treat obesity as a multifactorial chronic disease, not a matter of willpower. Our specialized pediatricians oversee our programs, providing guidance and prescribing medications if needed for patients aged 12+

  • Behavioral therapy

We understand that obesity and overweight issues need to be addressed at their core. Our program includes comprehensive behavioral therapy to support the mental health of every patient

  • Nutrition Counseling

Our nutrition counseling is customized to meet each patient’s unique needs and preferences. It is culturally sensitive, promoting education and the adoption of healthy choices. Our experts also provide exercise and activity counseling

  • Whole Family Support

We offer parents group sessions  to provide compassionate, stigma-free, and family-oriented treatment. Additionally, we offer medical treatment options for parents who are candidates, ensuring holistic family wellness
